Cresta Marakanelo Limited ("Cresta") is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Act, 2024 (Botswana). This notice explains how we will process the information you provide in this declaration form.

Purpose: The information collected will be used solely for procurement due-diligence, supplier evaluation, conflict-of-interest assessment, and compliance verification purposes.

Data Retention: Your data will be retained for the duration of the procurement process and for a period of up to seven (7) years thereafter for audit and compliance purposes, after which it will be securely destroyed.

Your Rights: You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Requests should be submitted to Cresta Marakanelo Limited in writing.

Confidentiality: The information you provide will be treated as confidential and will only be accessed by authorised personnel involved in the procurement evaluation process.

Security: Your data is stored securely with access controls and audit logging. Documents are held in encrypted cloud storage accessible only to the procurement team.
